How do we send accounts for collection services? The fastest way to implement collection activities is to submit your accounts via Navigate, our secure online account portal. In addition, you can also print the accounts and mail or email them to us. Please provide as much information as possible on each account to ensure maximum recovery. How do I report a payment made to our office? Payments can be reported via the Navigate account web portal, by calling our office or by email

.How much do you charge? The amount we charge varies based on the type of service provided. We offer contingency fee services, fixed fee services or a combination of both.

What reports will be provided and what is the frequency? Various collection reports can be viewed and downloaded directly to your computer via the Navigate secure account web portal 24 hours a day. In addition, upon receipt of accounts we send an Acknowledgement Report confirming the accounts entered for collection activity. The statement of collections will be sent itemizing collections and fees for the collection period at the end of each month.

Are accounts reported to the credit bureaus? Yes, upon your request, unpaid accounts are reported to the three major credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Experian and Trans Union.
